Cass The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center San Diego intends to negotiate a firm-fixed-price contract for the installation of filter driers; oil separators; isolation valves; liquid line sight glass monitors; low ambient kits; heating coil steam valves; and 10-ton refrigerant compressors in Buildings 10 and 11 at the Defense Finance and Accounting Service, Columbus, Ohio. Successful offeror shall provide all equipment and labor to allow for efficient and effective operation of 58 scroll compressors and preclude future failure of the 58 scroll compressors. Effort shall include recovery of all refrigerants; installation of above equipment types; pressure testing; system charging; and start-up. Effort shall be performed so as not disrupt normal cooling environment. Proposed contract is 100% set-aside for small business participation.
