This is a market survey covering Overhaul and Repair (O&R) services for Digitial Computer CP-1446/A, NSN: 7021-01-119-7180. The Army has a projected requirement to perform depot O&R for quantity of approximately 360 CP-1446/A, NSN: 7021-01-119-7180 over one year period for use in the UH-60A/L Helicopter. The proposed acquisition will include publication and documentation. Only those offerors who can meet the total technical and delivery requirements with a fully qualified CP-1446/A that meets Form, Fit and Function requirement should respond. Offerors must provide proof of their ability, in written response to this market survey, to the procuring activity, US Army CECOM, C4IEW Acquisition Center, Ft. Monmouth, NJ 07703-5008, no later than 15 days following publication in the CBD. Offerors proof of their ability to meet Government requirements shall, as a minimum include the following: A. Required test equipment availability and flight (Helicopter) test data to show offeror's capability to meet UH-60A/L operational requirement. B. Availiabilty of operational manual. C. Ability to coordinate and implement the repair of defective CP-1446/A in a timely manner and promptly return them to the field in order to maintain Helicopter readiness. D. Overhauled/repaired CP-1446/A to be compatible with the UH-60A/L Helicopter in which they are utilized. E. Be able to provide a warranty. This acquisition is expected to be a noncompetitive procurement with Hamilton Standard of Connecticut 06096. Award is anticipated before 4th Quarter FY96. (0073)
