NOTICE OF INDUSTRY EXCHANGE - There will be another TDC Industry Exchange on 20 Mar 96 from 0800-1200, at ESC/TGT, Building 1618, Room 201, Hanscom AFB, MA. The purpose of this exchange is to discuss the ICAP proposal and source selection process, with a goal of eliminating many of the problems seen on other programs, and to respond to issues raised during industry review of the draft RFP. The tentative agenda is as follows: I Introductions; II Risk Matrix; III Proposal: (a) Structure; (b) Instructions for preparing SOW, specification, CDRL, IMP/IMS; (c) Cost proposal; (d) Delivery schedule; (e) Pre-proposal conferences; IV Source selection process; V Wrap-up. This session is specifically designed to assist those companies/teams seriously considering submitting a proposal for ICAP. Knowledge of the program and all documents posted on the bulletin board will be assumed. Seating is limited to five representatives per team. PRE-REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED.
