The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to extend Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00024-95-G-5616 with United Defense, Armament Systems Division of Minneapolis, MN. The purchase orders shall be for components, parts, subassemblies, assemblies, tools and test equipment for the GMLS MK 10, MK 13, MK 22 and MK 26 systems, AN/USC-40 Data Distribution Device (DDD) and associated training equipment. United Defense is the original designer and sole manufacturer of each piece of equipment and has maintained the technical expertise to design, manufacture, operate and troubleshoot (to the design level) any aspects of those systems. Therefore, United Defense is the only source with the proven capability to perform this effort. The period of performance will be through 31 March 1997. (0072)
