The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to extend Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00024-95-G-5616 with United Defense, Armament Systems Division of Minneapolis, MN. The purchase orders shall Develop the Design Agent Engineering documentation associated with GMLS MK 10, MK 13, MK 22 and MK 26, AN/USC-40 (DDD) and associated training equipment. United Defense is the original designer and sole manufacturer of each piece of equipment and has maintained the technical expertise to design, manufacture, operate and troublehoot (to the design level) any aspects of those systems. Therefore, United Defense is the only source with the proven capability to perform this effort. The period of performance will be through 31 March 1997. See Numbered Note(s): 22. (0072)
