The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to extend Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00024-95-G-5616 with United Defense, Armament Systems Division of Minneapolis, MN. The orders shall be to inspect and test, repair, refurbish, overhaul, and alter components, parts, subassemblies, tools and test equipment for GMLS MK 10, MK 13, MK 22 and MK 26, AN/USC-40 (DDD) and associated training equipments. Efforts include labor associated with repairs, testing, marking, packaging, packing and preparing engineering data reports. United Defense is the original designer and sole manufacturer of each piece of equipment and has maintained the technical expertise to design, manufacture, operate and troubleshoot (to the design level) any aspects of thos systems. Therefore, United Defense is the only source with the proven capability to perform this effort. The period of performance will be through 31 March 1997. See Numbered Note(s): 22. (0072)
