Hansen, (317)306-3039 Mounts for Forward-Looking Infrared (FLIR) Sets on Navy H-60 helicopters, with data, technical support and installation, in accordance with Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation drawings (for mounts) and Texas Instruments Incorporated drawings (for interface control), plus an option. The mount consists of a fixed structure known as the Aircraft (A/C) Mount and a removable structure, the Mission Kit (M/K) Mount. Structural qualifications and flight testing is required to have been successfully completed prior to delivery of 42 A/C Mounts and 35 M/K Mounts starting in April 1997. Sole-source procurement from Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation, 6900 Main Street, Stratford, Connecticut 06601-1381, is justified since the mounts are in development by Sikorsky under current contract and require Sikorsky's unique knowledge, experience and expertise to continue development, production, analysis, support and installation.
