Work includes, but is not limited to, furnishing and installing new carpet throughout the legal offices (approximately 670 SY), providing new wall finishes and window treatment, selective demolition, patchwork and new partition construction, the addition of two bathrooms, and providing and installing a new Judge's Bench with Witness Stand and Court Recorder's desk. The estimated value of the work is between $100,000 and $250,000 dollars. Government furnished materials are not included. The work area is not a controlled or restricted area. The contract performance period shall be 120 calendar days, and the Standard Industrial Classification Code (SIC) is 1542. The solicitation is scheduled for issuance on or about 27 March 1996.
