Z -- INDEFINITE QUANTITY CONTRACT FOR MULTI-TRADE CONSTRUCTION AT VARIOUS LOCATIONS, OAHU, HAWAII SOL N62755-95-R-2903 DUE 042996 POC S. Sakanoi (808) 474-3385, Contracting Officer, A. Yuen (808) 474- 3385. Indefinite Quantity Contract for Multi-Trade Construction at Various Locations, Oahu, Hawaii. The work includes, various repairs, alterations, construction, and demolition work to facilities of Government agencies on Oahu, Hawaii using predetermined labor prices and adjusted material prices by means of an indefinite quantity contract. Under this contract, the Government may issue Firm Fixed-Price delivery orders for various types of projects using the R. S. Means estimating guide to determine labor hours, equipment, and materials. The scope of work may include building demolition, pipe lagging, road and airfield paving, fencing, roofing, painting, pool repair/resurfacing, site work, sampling, testing, removal and disposal of lead contaminated paint and asbestos, certified welding, and masonry. The term of the contract will be a twelve month base period plus two option years. The Government will not synopsize the options when exercised. The total term of the contract, including the various labor trades. The Contractor will propose a coefficient for the base period included in the unit prices. The Government will apply the coefficient to the unit price for each applicable trade to calculate the labor price. The Government may award this contract to more than one contractor. The Government will give fair consideration to all awardees in placing orders based on criteria stated in the solicitation. SIC Code 1799 applies. The Davis-Bacon Act applies. Estimated cost: $1,000,000 to $5,000,000. The soliciation will require price and technical proposals.
