Project work includes: 1) Site preparation: clearing, grubbing, snagging, and stripping; 2) Demolition and removals; 3) Excavation: common, structure, utility, and roads; 4) Interior drainage: storm sewers, manholes, and catchbasins; 5) Modifications to existing storm sewers; 6) Waterlines; 7) Earth backfill; 8) Slope erosion protection: riprap and bedding; 9) Piling: steel sheet; 10) Walls: repair of existing concrete, construction of new cast-in-place reinforced concrete; 11) Paving: aggregate bituminous, curb and gutter; 12) Landscaping: turf; 13) Miscellaneous incidental related work. The estimated magnitude of construction in terms of physical characteristics and estimated price range is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. For this contract, the following goals expressed in terms of percentages of total planned subcontracting dollars will be established: Small Business - 52.5%, Small Disadvantaged Business - 8.8%, Women-Owned Small Business - 3.0% and Subcontracting Reporting (SF294 & SF295) - 100.0%.
