The Air Force Center for Environmental Excellence (AFCEE) at Brooks AFB TX has a requirement for a chemical list to be incorporated electronically into the Air Force Environmental Management Information System (AF-EMIS). This chemical list shall include, but is not limited to: (1) incorporation of regulatory requirements under each of the five sections of the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act (EPCRA), (2) a synonym list of trade and common chemical names used by the DOD, and (3) maintenance and update as the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) modifies the program for one full year after purchase.
