The Contractor shall provide all the personnel, materials, services, and labor necessary to provide commercial telephone service to each of approximately 4,000 cadets in their barracks rooms under a profit sharing agreement that mutually benefits the contractor, the cadets of the United States Military Academy, West Point, NY, and the United States Military Academy as an institution. The solicitation will result in a firm fixed price contract. The contract performance period shall not exceed five years including any option years.
