The contractor shall design a simulation system that process phased-array data from N antenna elements have the potential ability to resolve at least N-1 signals arriving from different directions. The goal of this work is to simulate and test a neural-network realization of a superrosolution system. The contractor shall write the simulation using the MATLAB AND MATLAB NEURAL NETWORK Software. It is intended to award this contract to Cubic Defense Systems based on the fact that they have already created a computer program in the C language that does the simulation. This system is proprietary to Cubic Defense System. The main remaining task is to produce MATLAB programs and files that can be used by the Government to conveniently duplicate the simulation. Cubic Defense Systems is the co-inventor of the recursive suppression algorithm and, hence, requires no time to learn to use this algorithm in the construction of the training and test sets.
