Knight, Jr .,202/205-1915 Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, supervision, materials and equipment to assist the Government in developing and implementing a work plan to prepare for the opening of two Federal child care centers at the Federal Triangle Building in Washington, DC, and a location TBD in Falls Church/Alexandria, VA. Includes providing expertise and guidance in selecting Board of Directors; obtaining incorporation and CFC eligibility; developing tuition assistance, fundraising and marketing programs; and assisting in selecting child care providers. Performance to begin o/a May 1, 1996 and continue through March 31, 1997. This is a negotiated procurement using simplified acquisition procedures.
