The Contractor shall furnish dental services at the Flatwoods Job Corps Conservation Center. This includes all supervision, labor (including any dental assistant or hygienists), transportation of Contractor's personnel and incidentals, other than those provided by the Government, necessary to successfully provide dental services. Optional years may be executed from July 1, of each year until June 30, of the next year, until June 30, 2001. The project is located at the Flatwoods Job Corps Civilian Conservation Center, 4 miles south of Coeburn, Virginia on State Route 72. (0066)
