Buchanan, Puerto Rico, Request for Proposal (RFP) number DAEA32-R-0006. The anticipated release date is on or about March 20, 1996. A site visit will be held in Puerto Rico approximately two weeks after release of the RFP. The contract performance period will be a base year and two one year options. This acquisition is 100% set aside for Small Business. The SIC code is 7378. The size standard is $18 million. The RFP will be a PAPERLESS document released via the ISC Contracting Office's Electronic Bulletin Board (EBB), NO HARDCOPY WILL BE MAILED. A computer with a minimum 8 MB RAM and a modem with 28,800 baud is needed to download documents from the EBB. The RFP has been prepared using Microsoft Word Version 6.0 and Microsoft Excel Version 5.0. These programs are recommended for ease of retrieval and reading purposes.
