The Animal Health and Care Section, National Institutes of Neurological Disorders and Stroke (NINDS), National Institutes of Health (NIH), located in Bethesda, Maryland, requires a Contractor to furnish all necessary management, transportation, supervision, labor, materials, and equipment required to provide uniform rental, measuring and fitting, pick-up, delivery, cleaning, laundering, and maintenance for nine (9) employees (8 current, one future), for a fifty-two (52) week period. The contractor shall furnish thirteen (13) pant/shirt sets and two (2) pant/shirt/jacket sets per each employee per week. The contractor shall pick-up and deliver uniforms on each Friday of each week. The contractor shall also furnish and affix the following embroidery on all garments (13 shirts and 2 jackets) provided for each employee: ''Animal Health and Care Section'' Over the left breast pocket, ''Employee's first and last name'' Over the right breast pocket. Concerns that respond to this notice shall furnish concise responses directed specifically to the requirements mentioned above. Sources demonstrating the capability to accomplish the above shall supply pertinent information in sufficient detail to demonstrate their ability to perform. Written responses shall also include complete pricing information and a complete description of the serivces to be provided, containing sufficient technical information to permit agency analysis to establish a bona fide capability to meet the stated requirements as listed above.
