The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be the most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors, in descending order of importance, shall be used to evaluate offers. (1) Only the products listed may be proposed; only one award for all items will be made; (2) Ability to provide in a timely manner, substantial quantities and quality product; (3) Price; (4) Past Performance: The offeror shall include a completed copy of the FAR provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items.
