Work includes but is not limited to, applying liquid top coatings to existing neoprene flashing (approximately 80,000 SF) on the roof of building 2050. The estimated value of the work is between $250,000 and $500,000 dollars. Government furnished materials are not included. Work will be performed in a controlled area. The contract performance period shall be 60 calendar days and the Standard Industrial Classification Code (SIC) is 1761. The solicitation is scheduled for issuance on or about 25 March 1996.
