The US Fish and Wildlife Service will be soliciting competitive proposals that will require a laboratory to provide an analytical report of inorganic compounds contained in samples of animal or plant tissues, or sediment for the base period of October 1, 1996, through September 30, 1997, with options to renew for four years. As a part of the evaluation process, offerors will be required to analyze test samples. Solicitation will be issued approximately 30 days after publication of this notice. Proposals and check sample results will be due 45 days after date of issuance. Multiple, indefinite-delivery type, awards are anticipated.
