The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division, Philadelphia, intends to acquire through Sole Source negotiations, a Fluorescent Dye Refrigerant Leak Detection System, for both air conditions and refrigeration systems. The requirement is for a system consisting of a dye (Arglo), ultraviolet lamp and dye injection equipment which is needed to pinpoint refrigerant leaks in shipboard air conditioner and refrigerator systems.
