As a minimum, service will consist of 24 hour, 365-day-a-year, 1-800 call in service for at risk youth in the local school districts of Killeen, and Copperas Cove, Texas. Contractor will manage and operate the hotline for the benefit of ''at risk'' teenage students, providing a work force sufficiently trained in interpersonal skills, verbal communication and crisis intervention.
