Postal Service is soliciting proposals for the construction of a new steel-framed, masonry veneer USPS-owned main office on Route 10, Northampton St., Easthampton, MA. The facility will be complete with on-site parking and an open merchandise postal retail store. Site work has specific preloading and environmental requirements. Work includes, but is not limited to, sitework, electrical, masonry, paving, HVAC, carpentry, and related miscellaneous work. The estimated cost of the work is between $1,000,000.00 and $4,000,000.00, with completion within 365 calendar days after receipt of notice to proceed. Sealed offers will be received in this office prior to, but no later than, 4:00 p.m. on April 2, 1996. Offers will not be publicly opened.
