DAMANSSKIS, (215)697-9643 The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center (FISC), Detachment Philadelphia intends to procure on a Small-Business Set-aside basis, packing, crating, storage, and drayage services for the personal property of U.S. military and civilian personnel. The contractor is to provide inbound, outbound, and intra-city/area services for the South Carolina counties of Charleston, Dorchester, Berkeley, Bamberg, Colleton, and Orangeburg. The point-of-pick-up for the drayage of packed shipments beyond the contract area of coverage will not exceed a distance of fifty miles from the outer boundary of the contract area of performance. contract is anticipated to encompass a seven-month base period (01 Jun 96 - 31 Dec 96) plus three twelve-month options. An Indefinite Delivery, Fixed Price Requirements type contract is anticipated, with services to be acquired under individual delivery orders issued under the contract.
