Hager at (404)842-6553 Presolicitation Notice- Primary construction services for the work include, but are not limited to: Replacing three (3) mechanical air-handling units at two separate buildings. The AHU's consist of a 5400 cfm single-zone, a 10,000 cfm rooftop, and a 10,000 cfm multizone system. Duct and pipe modifications are required to support new system configurations. New DDC-compatible controls will be added for the new HVAC items and some existing lighting. Other miscellaneous items include replacement of a small room cooling unit, a door installation, minor masonary work, and mechanical test and balance. This procurement is UNRESTRICTED. Cost range for this requirement is between $250,000 to $500,000. Bid bonds will be required. Subsequently, Payment and Performance Bonds will be required from the successful offeror. Solicitation package will be available on or about April 17, 1996, for a non-refundable fee of $35.00 per package. Only written requests with payment will be honored.
