Moriches, NY (Suffolk County). Work includes new cedar shingles, repaint wood porch railings/soffit; repaint all fascia boards, corner boards and overhead door jambs; remove & dispose of approx 42 lf of lead paint off porch railings. Existing cedar shingles must be removed/disposed of as hazardous waste. Project includes optional bid item to reroof the garage bldg including new asphalt/fiberglass shingles, gutters & downspouts.
