The company OHMEDA, Inc. shall provide Preventative and Remedial Maintenance, and upgrades to the Government owned OHMEDA Anestheisa Systems, located at DeWitt Army Community Hospital, Fort Belvoir, Virginia. The following listing identifies the anesthesia equipment to be serviced: Three (3) Anesthesia Machine - Model CDCV; Two (2) Anesthesia Machine - Model Modulus II Plus; Three (3) Anesthesia Machine - Model Modulus II 3/M; Three (3) Anesthesia Ventilator - Model 7000; Two (2) Anesthesia Ventilator - Model 7810; Five (5) - Model 5210; One (1) Vaporizer - Model TEC 6; One (1) Vaporizer - Model Tec 5; and One (1) Vaporizer - Model TEC 4. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy this requirment. Firms responding must provide written evidence of third party agreements from the contractor owning the proprietary source codes. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.
