The Pump shall be used onboard the 210' Class Medium Endurance Cutters. The Pumps shall be a new current production model of rotary gear positive displacement type, bronze body, with motor and flexible coupling, horizontally mounted. The Pump shall have a rated capacity of 50 U.S. gallons per minute at 100 pounds per square inch pumping JP-5 Aviation Fuel (MIL-T-5624). The Pump shall be coupled to a 440 volt, 3 phase, 60 HZ, dripproof motor meeting the requirements of IEEE-45. Pumps shall be supplied with a suitable controller. The Pumps shall be manufactured in accordance with Coast Guard Specification Number 210-CGY-503-19. The valve body shall be copper alloy UNS No. C83600 (ASME B62) with stainless steel piston and spring. All other internal parts in contact with fuel shall be of suitable copper alloy. Valve inlet and outlet connections shall be Class 150 pound flat face flanges to ANSI B16.24. Delivery shall be F.O.B. Destination to the U.S. Coast Guard Supply Center Curtis Bay, 2401 Hawkins Point Road, Baltimore, MD 21226-1792. Delivery shall be approximately 180 days after the date of contract award.
