Replies are requested from all concerns as well as from large business concerns. The magnitude of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. Work includes but is not limited to the following: Replace one hand hole with one manhole, remove high voltage cable, and replace all airfield lighting cables from the vault and rearrange at Seymour Johnson AFB NC. Solicitation will be available on or about 14 Mar 96. The performance period is approximately 290 calendar days.
