This project consists of furnishing necessary supplies, equipment, services and labor to Design/Build an approximately 33,315 square feet Delivery carrier Unit on a 4.9 acre site in Hillsboro, Oregon, including site preloading, paving, landscaping, all utilities, off-site work, HVAC, electrical, structural, interior finish. Project completion will be 270 calendar days from issuance of notice to proceed. Cost range is between $3.0 million and $3.5 million.
