This solicitation is for a base period of twelve (12) months with options to extend the contract for an additional one (1) to twelve (12) months, not to exceed sixty (60) months. This acquisition is being offered for competition limited to eligible 8(a) firms in the transitional stage; the Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code is 7349. Source Selection Procedures will be used to select a successful, responsible offeror whose proposal conforms to the solicitation and i s considered the most advantageous to the Government.
