Smith,215/ 656-6091 The contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies, and equipment (except as otherwise provided) and shall plan, schedule, coordinate and assure effective performance of all janitorial and related services at the Middle River Depot, 2800 Eastern Boulevard, Baltimore, MD. Service will run for a base period of 4 months with the possibility of ten options. The first two options are each four months long and the remaining eight options are each six months long. The base period and the ten option periods shall not exceed a total of 5 years. This procurement is Set-aside for Small Business Concerns. SIC Code 7349.
