The name of this program has changed from ''On-Site Research in Materials for High Temperature Aerospace Application'' to ''Materials Development Research.'' A pre-proposal tour and bidders conference is scheduled to be held at the Wright Patterson AFB, Materials Directorate, WL/MLLM, one week after the Request for Proposal(RFP) is issued. The RFP is anticipated to be issued on or about 14 March 96; the tour/conference is anticipated to be held on 21 March 96. Specifics will be provided to respondees who indicate, by 7 March 1996, in writing, their intention to attend, who will be attending (name, job title; limit is three attendees per company), and company point of contact (name, telephone and telefacsimile numbers).
