USDA, OFM, National Finance Center (NFC) located in New Orleans, LA intends to purchase the following hardware and software requirements from Pitney Bowes to upgrade the implementation of Operations Management System (OMS) which will replaces the original Information Management System (IMS) currently used by the NFC. The upgrade will provide full accountability of all postage expended at USDA, NFC automatically with no manual intervention. All accounting for postage are now done manually on the four 9-Series Pitney Bowes Inserting Systems. Interested parties may provide information on their capabilities. In order to be considered, respondents must submit clear and convincing documentation of their capability within fifteen (15) calendar days after publishing of this notice.
