To design/provide and install a pre-engineered garage type storage building approximately 24 feet by 24 feet in size with clear 10 feet inside height, with lighting and heating, for School No. 1 at McGuire AFB, Wrightstown, NJ. The building construction is to be painted steel siding and roofing over wood framing with wood roof truss. It shall be set on a poured concrete slab and have poured concrete column footings. The building design shall comply with all Federal, state and local codes. The SIC code for this project is 1541. This project is issued pursuant to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program and is unrestricted. The period of performance is 120 days. The estimated construction cost is under $25,000. No telephone requests will be honored. Bid packages will be issued on a first-come, first-serve basis to prime contractors only until supply is exhausted. All requests for packages must be submitted in writing.
