Work includes but is not limited to removal of asbestos-bearingbuilt-up roofing and flashing. Preparation of Wood roof Deck for new roof system. Installation of insulation and roofingsystem. Installation of flashing and trim. Additive item NO. 1 additional roof work as stated above. Estimated magnitude between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. Type of KT: Firm-fixed priceconstruction.
