PRESOLICITATION NOTICE Work includes architectural, mechanical and electrical renovations and modifications to Bldgs 407, 796 and 797, including installation of an ice thermal storage system, replacement of air handlers, air cooled chiller, electrical switch gear, distribution panels, secondary electrical distribution, glasstore fronts, removal of excess exterior doors and windows and damaged lintels, canopy, roofing and incidental related work. Estimated cost is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Pursuant to PL 100-656, Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program, this solicitation is classified as unrestricted. Requests for copies of this proposed procurement should be submitted IN WRITING state the solicitation number, and provide complete name, address, phone number and business size of the requestor. Additionally, requestors should indicate whether they intend to bid as a prime contractor, subcontractor or supplier.
