This is a request to seek sources to provide door-to-door movement of Flight Information Publications (FLIPs) charts both domestically and internationally. The offeror must be a DoD approved air carrier and a member of the Civil Reserve Air Fleet (CRAF) or be determined technically ineligible for CRAF membership. Shipments will consist of single and multiple pieces, each piece not weighing more than 70 pounds or exceeding 108 inches in length and/or 130 inches in length or girth. Projected requirement for domestic is once per month, averaging from 25 to 100 pieces, weighing 100 to 1500 lbs ($700K estimated). Projected requirement for international is once per month, averaging 5 to 25 pieces, weighing 150 to 600 lbs ($125K estimated). We intend to issue separate solicitations resulting in award of separate requirements contracts for domestic and international. Contract length is anticipated to be one year with two option years.
