(317)298-1180x1119 Aircraft Survival and Egress Training in Support of
the U.S. Customs National Aviation Training Center, Oklahoma, City,
Oklahoma. The successful contractor will develop an Initial and
Refresher Aviation Survival Training Course and present the course(s)
to U.S. Customs Service aviation personnel at various Government
locations in the United States and Puerto Rico. The courses to be
developed and taught are Emergency Egress Training, Water Survival,
Land Survival, Aircraft Cockpit Fire and Smoke Management, Aviation
Physiology, and Principles of Terrorism. Applicable aircraft are rotor
and fixed-wing. The contract will be awarded for a base period and
four option years. The training must be accomplished through classroom
instruction and practical exercises. The practical exercises will be
conducted in environmental conditions that simulate the circumstances
the aviation personnel may encounter while flying. The Contractor is
responsible for the transportation of all Contractor and Government
furnished equipment to the various training sites. All responsible
sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
