Sponsorship of 1996 Pacific Air Forces 4th of July Events. Cash or in-kind sponsorship is sought for 4th of July celebration events held at eight installations within Pacific Air Forces Command, located in Japan, South Korea, Alaska, Hawaii and Guam with an audience of approximately 150,000 military, family members, DOD civilians. Areas for consideration include food and/or beverage; entertainment; fireworks; event T-shirts/promotional items; prize drawings (other than promotional items); decorations; and more. Events vary from one- to three-days, depending on location and focus heavily on Americana, families, and patriotism. This sponsorship offers command-wide promotion under a single agreement. Sponsor benefits include product displays; sample distribution at events; program signage; mention and/or advertisement in promotional materials; direct mail and other recognition and marketing opportunities. More than one sponsor may be accepted and additives will be considered. Requests for product exclusivity will be considered. Requests for copies of solicitation must be received no later than 15 Mar 96. This is a solicitation for commercial sponsorship by a nonappropriated fund instrumentality of the United States Government. It does not obligate appropriated funds of the government. (051)
