The Marine Corps Logistics Base, Albany, GA, intends to purchase one (1) each Canon 250A with fileprint 100 laser printer, diskfile drive 5001S, diskfile 502M, MP30 cartridge, keyboard 120, IDE optical disk jukebox, 46 slot for 502M disks with two diskfile drives, 5001S optical drive. This system shall include all necessary software, installation and training. Vendors quoting on an ''Or-Equal'' must state manufacturer's name and model number. If quoting under a Federal Supply Schedule, vendor must state GSA contract number and contract expiration date. All responsible sources may respond to this agency. No solicitation document exists and no telephone inquiries will be accepted. Written responses, to include technical specifications, delivery schedule and prices must be received within 15 calendar days after publication of this synopsis. Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose proposal meets the salient characteristics and delivery requirements and is determined to be the lowest overall cost to the Government.
