The Air Force Development Test Center (AFDTC) intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, Tektronix, Inc., Federal Operation, P O Box 4600, MS 50-290, Beaverton OR 97076-4600, 1-800-682-1210, ext 3950. In accordance with FAR 6.302-1, Tektronix Inc is the only known source that can meet the Government's minimum essential requirements for the Tektronix Programmable Waveform Digitizer, part number RTD710A, which is capable of acquisition of data in one or two channels at time resolutions of 5 and 10 nanoseconds, with minimum sample capture rate of 200 million or 100 million samples per second. The digitizer is equipped with 256K words of waveform memory and a vertical resolution of 10 bits. The digitizer is equipped with GPIB IEEE 488.1 buss interface for transfer of parallel data to a personal computer and is compatible with existing Government software.
