The Office of Naval Research plans the continuation of support services to the Manufacturing Technology, Best Manufacturing (BMP) and Technology Implementation (TI) programs. This effort will include but not be limited to the Contractor's continued support of the Strategic Planning DataBase, continued development and implementation of the status tracking database for ongoing MANTECH projects; continued support to the Pathways program; continuation of support to the Navy TI/DPT manager in developing a Navy strategy for technology deployment and uninterrupted support of the Navy electronic commerce resource center (ECRC). Sole Source negotiations are anticipated with Production Technology, Inc., the incumbent under Contract N00014-95-C-0120. This 7 month extension will provide a bridge to a new competitively awarded contract. The Navy's MANTECH program would be severely damaged without this bridge (0047)
