This work includes construction of a new track bed, installation of drainage, subballast, ties, ballast, rail, concrete crossing, related track realignment, removal of turnouts, upgrade of turnouts, construction of new drive, asphalt paving, striping, electrical, extension of RR flasher circuitry, the relocation of sanitary sewer and incidental related work at the Crane Division, Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane, IN.
