Fixed-wing aircraft (fully operational) services for aerial detection of forest fires including aerial reconnaissance and personnel transportation on an ``as-needed'' basis for the estimated period of April through December, 1996. This is a requirements type contract with an estimated use of 230 hours. Primary use of aircraft will be on the Umpqua National Forest and surrounding state and private land (Douglas, Land and Jackson Counties, Oregon).
