Furnish all plant, labor, equipment and material, and perform all operations necessary to construct two waterslides for Langley AFB in accordance with the drawings, specification,s and terms and conditions of the contract. Work includes but is limited to electrical, plumbing, landscaping, fencing/deck alteration and sidewalk/pathways. One waterslide will be installed in the Shellbank area at Langley AFB and one waterslide will be installed at the Bethel Manor area. The Shellbank side must fit into an area 50 feet x 50 feet. The Bethel Manor slide must fit into an area of 40 feet x 40 feet. All applicable codes must be met and proper safety features considered by the Contractor in furnishing and installing the slides, stairways, landings, railings and subsequent foundations. Magnitude of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. All firms shall indicate whether they are women owned and if they are small, small disadvantaged or large business. Firms should also indicate if they are interested as a prime or as a subcontractor.
