The Office of Federal Housing Enterprise Oversight (OFHEO) has a requirement for assistance in developing expertise in the field of executive compensation, evaluating the current compensation of executive officers at Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac to determine whether such compensation is reasonable and comparable to compensation for employment involving similar duties and responsibilities at similar businesses, and developing and implementing the process by which OFHEO would regularly review executive compensation at each Enterprise. Period of the contract will be from date of award to September 30, 1996, with four (4) one-year options. Requests for RFP's shall be in writing. Two mailing labels should accompany each letter request. Telephone requests will not be accepted.
