The successful offeror will provide electrostatic office copiers; supplies and toner; service; maintenance; replacement parts; and, training to 13 NASA Installations throughout the United States at a fixed price per copy. The anticipated contract will be a fixed price performance based contract with performance standards. The anticipated contract will be for five years beginning August 1, 1996. Approximately 2,500 copiers will be provided and maintained under the contract. This is a full and open competition. Please submit all requests to Ms. Karen M.
