The Ballistic Missile Defense Organization (BMDO) Information Systems Directorate (POI) requires services to provide support for BMDO's Management Support System (MSS). Required services shall include the Operation and Maintenance of the BMDO MSS, Software Integration and Engineering, Data Management and Database Engineering, Special Projects, and General Requirements. The purpose of this effort is to ensure that the BMDO MSS continues to provide it's customers with a system that is user friendly, interoperable, adaptable, and quality engineered emphasizing the integration of COTS/GOTS/NDI software in order to continue to meet BMDO's operational requirements. A Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee Completion Contract with a Level of Effort (Task Order) line item is contemplated with a 2-year base period and one 1-year option. Planned contract award is July 1996.
