SURVEILLANCE IDENTIFICATION MODULE IN SUPPORT OF THE REGION/SECTOR
OPERATIONS CONTROL CENTER (R/SOCC) MODERNIZATION PROGRAM. HQ ESC/ENS
(PRISM) is seeking potential COTS/GOTS/NDI solutions to satisfy the
requirement for providing a software module for Surveillance
Identification software module for the R/SOCC. It is anticipated that
existing technologies and products can satisfy this need. These
existing technologies and or products are expected to meet open system
architectures (e.g., UNIX, POSIX, etc.) and HOL (e.g., Ada, C, C++)
standards. As such, ESC/ENS is attempting to identify potential sources
and gather information of readily available surveillance identification
software. Sources are invited to provide technical information,
technical data/fact sheets, background papers, studies, existing
contract information, etc., and availability of their product(s). The
surveillance identification module should operate in a UNIX
environment, client-server architecture and be developed in Ada, C, or
C++. The primary method for identification is expected to be through
Flight Plan correlation. Additional data will be available through JTAO
data links, FAA and ICAO data sources. The module should maintain up to
400 separate flight plans with seven (7) significant points per flight
plan. Sources should provide information on correlation monitoring,
de-correlation and cancellation of correlation on established tracks.
Additionally, information on manual (operator) inputs/controls is
requested. Any available RMA data is appreciated. Please provide
current version and or release number and briefly describe customer
base. In addition to the above information, request sources provided:

of this notice. All timely received information will be considered.
